In fact, if you are tied to those petty rewards and see them as important, you probably didn't notice you are leading down a path to a lifestyle similar to a beggar or those living in a refuge camp that needs to queue up for daily supply everyday. While on the other hand, the rest of the other versions are handled by miHoYo in Shanghai China. Hoyoverse accounts and all its games and websites are handled by Cognosphere in Singapore, their known "Global HQ". Here on Steam they uses the "Desktop version" for HI3rd originally made for WeGame, thus avoided the contract with a certain "loop hole" due to they are not releasing the "Hoyoverse version" here on Steam. that's why they can't release the Hoyoverse version outside EGS, which includes GI and HSR. Even when it's possible the main reason behind they are not doing that and having to separate the game into 2 publisher is probably due to their sponsorship contracts with Epic. And before they do that, they need to transfer the game from miHoYo publisher to Cognosphere (Hoyoverse) publisher (they are both on Steam as separate publishers). Unless they changed the login system and require all Steam users to register a Hoyoverse account. Judging from their WeGame version (AKA Desktop version), the answer is no. ![]()
