I barely scraped through the first attack on my capital. I started a second game, and produced many, many more units. Settings: Small Map, No more cities allowed, no dwellings, I was playing against Two AI's, each of which was at Emperor level. I played my first map and lost around turn 20 - mostly because I had not produced units apart from the starting ones I got. I recently started playing AoW after a gap of 3-4 years, so good as new to the game. ![]() How they always use the best moves, know virtually every exploit and overpowered tactic/spell in the game, and how much the game mechanics can be abused - and will be abused by the AI. Usually when I play this game, I like to use the hotseat mode to control every leader in the game and play multiple sides of a war, defeat neutral enemies and expand my empire, and fight battles against myself for fun.
